High-Power transformer: MAGNETAR engineers specially selected a custom 60W high-power low noise transformer for the UDP900, with a two-stage filter design along with Japanese Rubycon electrolytic capacitors to meet the high transient response required by surround sound systems and high-resolution audio.

UDP900 Dimensions: 17.52″ wide x 12.64″ deep x 5.236″ tall (including feet), weight 34.2 lbs. adopts an all-aluminum alloy body and a reinforced double layer chassis structure, the internal main components are independently shielded by metal casing, greatly reducing vibration, noise and external magnetic field interference, bringing pure and high-resolution audio and video quality.

  • Both audio boards use 4-layer PCB circuit boards, each channel is designed with independent wiring, equipped with high precision, ultra-low phase noise TXCO temperature compensated crystal, oscillator, numerous ELNA, NCC audio capacitors pairing with Red WIMA, ELNA SILMIC II capacitors, and independent high-power linear power supply module equipped with two Hi-Fi XLR balanced terminals and gold plated RCA outputs providing for better Audiophile sound quality.

Dual Power Supply Design

60W toroidal transformer supplies power for analog audio. Using imported magnetic core, high quality oxygen free copper wiring, metal shields and full epoxy filling is used to reduce vibration noise and heat generation improving output and audio quality.

Customized high power switching power supply with high transient response provides power for the digital main board section, 60W high-power low noise transformer with a two-stage filter.

The included luxury build remote control is back-lit and controls all of the UDP900’s features
